We have a range of shipping options thanks to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse employees will pack each item according to our strict specifications. Your products will be subjected to an extensive inspection and be properly packaged prior to being shipped. Everyday, we send to thousands of customers across multiple countries. This is a testament to our determination to become the biggest online retailer in the world. There are distribution centers and warehouses in Europe and the USA.
Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a distinct processing period for each item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased products will be thoroughly inspected. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is constantly changing and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The levels of stock can change at any given time. Be aware that it is possible for your order to be out of stock after you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We will not return or exchange your purchase if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
